Things I never would have thought of from the buyer’s perspective. It's not your traditional "sales training" and the 5-hour monthly sessions we have I always take a number of things away from them.
I highly recommend Scott for coaching and training. The insight he gave me during training was eye-opening. Most coaches and trainers would go through the bare basics of sales and how to make sales call but there is no depth in what they teach. Scott went into the depth of sales and explained it easily enough for anybody to understand the psychology behind sales and the perspective of each sales side (buyers and Sellers). If you are looking for more depth in your sales and are tired of failing and being stressed in your sales job spending some time with Scott will change your view of sales. There are just so many mistakes that people make in sales that they just don't know they are making which makes the job harder. He goes through each of those and coaches you on how to correct those mistakes and gives you more control in your day-to-day sales.
